200 Ton Bernitz Stretch Former.

Two (2) up acting press table hydraulic cylinders with center guide

 As configured, it has a jaw width of 60” with three (3) gripper modules [pneumatic] connected on each jaw carriage.

 This jaw width may be expanded to 100”; extra jaw holders included.

 Maximum sheet size:   130”

 Die table length is approx.. 120” x 18” wide – “T” slotted

Floor mounted with operator platform

• New hydraulic hoses from the power pack to the operator controls and to the hydraulic cylinders.
• New stage/platform construction with handrails.
• New E-stop system fitted at operator pedestal.
• New operator control arms/handles. 
• 12x New pneumatic cylinders on 6x pneumatic vice locks.
• 6x pneumatic vice locks refurbished with new seals fitted.
• New GRP grid flooring fitted.
• 2x pedal boxes for foot pedals (fabricated but not installed).
• New (un-used) Newell DP 700 position reader with two (2) Linear encoders
